Andrea Crow Brandon

Landscapes Painted on Rocks -by Andrea Crow Brandon are also new additions to Mountain Mamas.

Andrea, a native of Mentone now living in Ft. Payne, works on her art at home ten to twelve hours a day.  She has studied art at Northeast Alabama State Community College.  

Andrea says, "Art is in my heart and soul.  The only thing more important to me is my family."  This belief shows in her landscapes which have titles like "This ol' Home" and "Mountain Morning."

OTHER ARTISTS AT MOUNTAIN MAMAS

Sally Burns exhibits her work at Mountain Mamas Craft & Rock Shop.  Sally’s roosters have won awards in the Atlanta area. She received her art training at Chastain Art School and Miss Patty Sim’s Studio in Atlanta. Her achievements include: a work selected by the Boys and Girls Clubs of America to be exhibited in a museum in St. Petersburg, Russia; one of her rooster designs selected by her school to be used as their holiday greeting card in 2002. Come and see their unique paintings at Mountain Mamas, as well as the paintings of other unique artists. There are currently 62 women artists who have their arts & crafts in Mountain Mamas.
